AK S/F EXPANDABLE HIP PACK
If I want to go ultra small, I use the The S/F Expandable Hip Pack from Fjallraven. It offers versatile storage perfect for both biking and hiking adventures as it can be expanded into a backpack when you need more space. The hip pack has a storage volume of 4.5 litres and can be expanded to 16 litres.
Unfortunately it has been discontinued.
